About Art Technically

Art Technically is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on a mission to provide STEM and Arts educational opportunities to students from underserved communities. We create resources for educators, teach workshops to students, host STEM, STEAM, and Arts events, and host special programs like STEM book donations for underserved public libraries. Lily K. Donaldson is a Computer Science teacher at H.H. Poole Middle School in Stafford, Virginia (1 hour south of Washington, DC). Lily has been a STEM Education Ambassador with NASA’s Goddard Institute of Space Studies (GISS) since 2023. She is also a Ph.D. candidate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute studying lighting for Controlled Environment Agriculture. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Lighting. She’s the founder of Art Technically, a nonprofit that supports STEM, STEAM, and Arts Education (whose website you’re currently on!). Connect with Lily on LinkedIn.
