Greetings from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s 26th annual Black Families Technology Awareness Day! This was our 4th year hosting programming for the event.
Students in the Astrobotany workshop learned about plant, food, and space science and toured the plant lab and smart conference room at RPI’s Center for Lighting Enabled Systems and Applications (LESA). Students in the Creative Coding Valentine’s Day Cards workshop learned how to code Valentine’s Day cards using a simple art-based coding platform.
