Art Technically hosted educational programming for local high school students at the AI Expo for National Competitiveness in Washington, DC. Additionally, our founder, Lily K. Donaldson, gave a keynote at the conference on the importance of STEM education for national competitiveness.

The participating students from Dunbar High School participated in an Industry 4.0 workshop where they learned about emergent technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Additive Manufacturing, The Cloud, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Students then Q&A’d with an AI in Education panel which featured scientists and science teachers from NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies. Students then received lunch sponsored by the expo and explored the AI Expo floor with chaperones.
